Physical Exams

Part of your physical exam include checking your vision, so if you wear glasses, please do not forget to bring them with you. if you wear hearing aids, please bring them with you.

Our office uses the Waggoner Computerized Color vision test (CCVT) - There is a $50 charge for this test. as the results have to be sent to the FAA. As you schedule your appointment, also scheduled the vision test. A printed copy of the results of this computerized color vision test will be given to you for your records.

If you have medical conditions that that may require submission of records to the FAA. Please call our office prior to scheduling an appointment. We will call you back to discuss the cost of your physical based on how many medical conditions you have.

Other parts of your exam include a head-to-toe exam according to FAA standards. Including Ear, nose and throat, neck, lungs, heart, abdomen, musculoskeletal, and neurological exam.

Lab Tests

A urinalysis is a part of your physical examination. Keep well hydrated prior to your examination so you can produce a urine specimen. Your urine will be tested for protein, specific gravity, sugar, and blood.

Medical History

Make sure that your complete your medical history section of your form, This will allow your provider to do her part, make it easier to print your medical certificate at the end of your visit
